SEAPORT OIL & VINEGARS TEMPT SAN DIEGO PALATES WITH FLAVORS ACROSS THE GLOBE EVENT SERIES
A new, FREE, monthly series has been announced to introduce new flavors to San Diego’s growing food community through oils, vinegars and salts from around the world. Seaport Oil & Vinegars will engage guests at the Flavors Across The Globe series with chef demonstrations and tastings of their products within the beautiful Seaport Village storefront at downtown San Diego’s marina.
The series will begin with the first event on September 25th with flavors from Thailand as the inspiration, followed by 4 more monthly events through January 2015, highlighting flavor profiles from around the world. Guests will get a chance to enjoy an intimate gathering where they will learn about how they can transform any dish by using different infused oils and experience one-on-one time with chefs of local San Diego restaurants. Chef confirmations to be announced online shortly.
The passionate and knowledgeable staff will also be present to talk with interested guests about the subtle nuances of their various oils, their origins, processing methods and uses.
